William J. Clough is executive chairman of Orbital Infrastructure Group as well as director and general counsel. He has served on the board of directors since 2006, and also led the company in its listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market in 2012.
Before joining OIG, Clough represented media conglomerates and movie studios in his own law firm. With offices in California and Hawaii, Clough successfully represented clients in multi-million-dollar cases. He also served as a police officer at the local, state and federal levels, including as a federal air marshal in southern Europe and the Middle East.
Clough currently serves on the board of Virtual Power Systems.
Clough received his juris doctorate, cum laude, from Hastings College of Law.
